Where is the camp?
We will pitch our tents directly at the Schladitzer Bucht. The beach still belongs to the municipality of Rackwitz. Here are the coordinates:

If you are standing in front of the area of “Camp David”, it is the area directly at the water on the right side (outside of the area of “Camp David”, ours does not belong to it anymore).
Arrival
Shuttle
We do not have a shuttle this year, because it is very easy to reach us with public transportations. If the way from the train to the camp becomes or is a barrier for you please call this number: (number to be added)
By bike
It’s about 11 km by bike (from Leipzig main station) to us. You can also take your bike with you on the train and then cycle the last part between Rackwitz and the camp.
By public transport
Take the S-Bahn S2 (direction Bitterfeld/Dessau) to Rackwitz. The station is called Rackwitz (Leipzig). From there you can walk or cycle. You can also take bus number 192 to the bus stop “Neuschladitz”. This is a little closer to the camp.
By car
WE HAVE NO PARKING SPACES THIS YEAR
Please do not come with cars! There is a car park in front of the site, but it is for guests from the Camp David site. Please do not park there.
We also do not have space for campers yet. We are sorry that we are making it difficult for people to get here. Unfortunately, we had to reduce the size of the camp due to the smaller area.
